1. Products

  • Eligible for Refund: Physical IT products may be eligible for a refund or exchange if they are defective, damaged during delivery, or not as described.

  • Conditions:

    • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

    • Products must be returned in their original packaging along with all accessories and manuals.

  • Non-Refundable Items: Customized products or software licenses that have been activated or used are non-refundable.

2. Digital Services

  • Eligible for Refund: Refunds for digital services (website development, software solutions, or other digital projects) are considered only if the service has not commenced or a formal agreement has not been signed.

  • Conditions:

    • Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to horizonhub@gmail.com.

    • Once work has started or access has been provided to the digital product, refunds may not be granted, but partial adjustments may be considered at our discretion.

3. iGaming Solutions

  • Refunds for iGaming solutions, software licenses, or platforms are not applicable once the license or platform has been activated or delivered.

  • Any pre-delivery cancellations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and partial refunds may be offered depending on the stage of service.

  2. Provide proof of purchase and details about the issue.

  3. Our team will review the request and communicate the decision within 5–7 business days.

  4. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 10 business days.
